OUR STORY

Where Lexarox Legal came from

Lexarox started in 2013 as an accounting practice in Hackney, East London, founded by Andreea Roxana Deac. Over the years that practice grew into a multi-disciplinary group: accounting, payroll, and now legal.
Lexarox Legal was not built in a boardroom. It was built in response to a question our accounting clients kept asking: "Can you help me with this? It is not really accounts, it is more of a legal thing, but I do not want to ring a law firm." Sometimes it was a contract. Sometimes a letter from HMRC. Sometimes a question about a tenant, a supplier, an employer, an immigration form, or a relative in the US. Many of these were situations a high-street solicitor would have charged hundreds of pounds for, and treated as too small to bother with.
So we did something about it. Lexarox Legal exists to give those clients (and many more like them) the legal help they actually need: clear, qualified, properly priced, and delivered without the cold formality of a traditional law firm.
WHAT WE BELIEVE

Legal help should be accessible.

Most people in the UK avoid getting legal advice not because they do not need it, but because of three things: cost, formality, and not knowing where to start. We believe that needs to change.
Cost
You should know the price before you commit, and the price should match the work. We do not bill by the hour and watch the clock. We give you a clear scope and a fixed quote up front, every time.
Formality
Walking into a wood-panelled law firm and being made to feel small is not a service. We work in plain English. We listen. We tell you the truth, even when the truth is "this is smaller than you think," or "you do not need us for this."
Knowing where to start
A free 20-minute consultation. No commitment, no judgement, no awkward sales pitch at the end. We will tell you whether we can help, whether you need someone else, or whether the issue is simpler than you feared.
The role of AI
It is a good thing that more and more people have access to legal information quickly, and we are glad about that. But information is not the same as advice. AI cannot always tell you whether what it is showing you is wrong, or simply not quite right for your particular case, and it will not take responsibility for the outcome either way. It also cannot cheer for you the day you sign your first client, or quietly warn you when something you are about to do is likely to land you in trouble. Those things are still very human, and we think they always will be.

Lexarox Legal is led by Andreea Roxana Deac, a qualified legal professional with UK legal training (LLM and Legal Practice Course), advising businesses and individuals in the UK since 2013. She is also admitted as an attorney at law in the State of New York, which extends our scope to cross-border matters between the UK and the US.
Andreea works alongside the wider Lexarox team and a trusted network of UK-qualified solicitors and barristers. When your matter needs a regulated solicitor or a barrister, we will tell you, and we will do our best to connect you with the right person from our network. You stay with one team from the first conversation through to the final outcome.
