When it has to be right first time.

Visa applications, naturalisation, HMRC submissions, company formation paperwork, regulator filings. We complete the form, attach the right evidence, and submit it on your behalf.
WHAT IS INCLUDED

What this looks like.

Forms and applications are the area where small mistakes cost the most: a rejected visa, a refused application, a missed deadline, a wasted fee. We treat them with the seriousness they deserve.
  • UK visa applications: visit, work, business, family, settlement, dependant
  • UK naturalisation (Form AN), British citizenship by descent, and right-of-abode applications
  • US federal immigration filings (where we have direct scope through our New York attorney qualification)
  • HMRC submissions: registration as self-employed, CIS registration, PAYE scheme set-up, VAT registration and deregistration, EORI applications
  • Companies House filings: incorporation, share allotments, director changes, registered office changes, confirmation statement support
  • Charity registrations and CIC filings
  • Trademark applications (UK IPO) and trademark renewals
  • Subject access requests and ICO complaints
  • Tax penalty appeal forms and tax tribunal applications
  • And other formal applications where you want a qualified person to make sure it is right
WHO THIS IS FOR

Who this is for.

  • Individuals making a visa, naturalisation or settlement application who want it done properly the first time.
  • Business owners setting up new entities, schemes or registrations and want the paperwork done by a qualified person.
  • Anyone whose previous application was rejected and who now wants help with the reapplication or appeal.
  • Clients who could do it themselves but value their time too much.
HOW IT WORKS

Our process.

01
Free 20-minute consultation
Tell us which application you need. We will tell you what evidence is required, whether you have the right ingredients, and what the realistic timeline looks like.
02
Written scope and fixed quote
Applications are usually fixed-fee. Government fees (e.g. UKVI, HMRC, Companies House) are passed through at cost on top of our fee.
03
Evidence gathering
We give you a tailored checklist of documents to provide. We tell you exactly which format, which translation requirements, and which originals vs. copies.
04
Drafting and submission
We complete the form, draft any supporting statements or covering letters, and submit on your behalf. You see and approve the final version before it goes.
05
Drafting and submission
We track the application, respond to any requests for further information, and let you know the outcome the moment we hear.
COMMON QUESTIONS

FAQs

No. No qualified person can guarantee that - any decision rests with the relevant authority. What we can do is give you the best possible application: properly completed, properly evidenced, and properly submitted. We will also tell you on the free call if we think your prospects are weak, so you can decide before paying.

Most applications have an appeal or reconsideration route. We will tell you what the options are and scope any appeal work separately. The work we did on the original application is not wasted - the file is ready to use.

We will tell you that duringYes, at the US federal level, through our New York attorney qualification. For US-state-specific matters, we partner with US-qualified attorneys in the relevant state. the call and either continue (charged in additional half-hour blocks at the same rate) or scope the matter properly for follow-up work.
